How fair is that?

There’s no fine print – just take the resale price of your investment property and subtract your original purchase price and your actual repair costs (up to the budgeted amount).

If this figure (your gross profit) is less than $10,000 according to your verified settlement statements then just show me the documents demonstrating that you followed the four steps above.
